  5. HERE'S HOW TO ENTER: This Sweepstakes and Contest begins at 12:01 AM Eastern Standard Time ("EST") on November 12 , 2009 and ends at 11:59:59 PM EST on December 25, 2009. There are several ways to enter: (1) You may have received an email promotion because you are a registered user of Journeys.com or Saucony.com. If so, the email promotion will contain a link directing you to the website with an Official Entry Form to register. (2) Alternatively, to enter, go to www.captionoriginals.com, click on the Submit Your Caption Now button, fill in required information on the Official Entry Form, and submit the form as directed. As part of your Official Entry Form, you must submit a caption to the photo being displayed for that week of the sweepstakes and contest. Entrants will also be required to provide complete name, home address, telephone number, date of birth, and E-mail address. IF YOU DO NOT WANT YOUR E-MAIL ADDRESS USED FOR FUTURE MARKETING PURPOSES, PLEASE MAKE SURE THE APPROPRIATE BOX ON THE ENTRY FORM IS CHECKED. Limit one entry per person per week during the sweepstakes and contest. Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, illegible, incomplete, misaddressed, or misdirected.   6. WEEKLY WINNERS CHOSEN AND GRAND PRIZE WINNER SELECTED BY RANDOM DRAWING:
    • Six (6) Weekly Contest Winners: One (1) winner will be chosen for each of the six (6) weeks of the photo contest. At the end of each week during the contest, the Administrator will choose one photo caption contest winner from all entrants for that week based on wit, creativity, humor and originality. This is based on skill and no chance is involved. Weekly winners will be notified by e-mail, telephone, overnight carrier or regular mail within approximately five (5) days of being chosen as a winner. The weekly winner's caption will be posted to the website.
    • One (1) Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner: One (1) grand prize winner will be selected on January 6 2010 in a random drawing conducted by the Administrator from among all eligible entries received. Grand Prize winner will be notified by e-mail, telephone, overnight carrier or regular mail within approximately five (5) days of the drawing. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
    Decisions made by the Sponsors and Administrator in all matter relating to this Sweepstakes and Contest are final. Sponsors and Administrator are not responsible for errors in the administration or fulfillment of this Sweepstakes and Contest, including without limitation mechanical, human, printing, distribution or production errors, and may modify or cancel this promotion based upon such errors or other reasons at their sole discretion without liability.
  7. PRIZES:
    • SIX (6) WEEKLY PRIZES: Winners will receive a Saucony Originals prize pack consisting of a headband and duffle bag, headband and t-shirt, or other similar prize equivalent in value. The approximate retail value is $25.
    • ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: The winner will receive a $5000.00 gift certificate or gift card for purchase of Apple® products. Apple® is a registered trademark of Apple, Inc.
    For all prizes, there is no substitution, assignment, or transfer of any prize permitted except at Sponsors' sole discretion. Only the prize specified will be awarded. Prize is non-transferable, with no cash redemption or equivalent. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a prize or prize component of equal or greater value. All applicable taxes and usage charges on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsors expressly disclaim any responsibility or liability for injury or loss to any person or property relating to the delivery and/or subsequent use of prizes awarded. Sponsors make no representation or warranties concerning the appearance, safety or performance of any prize awarded.

CLAIMING PRIZE: As a condition of winning a prize, winner must complete, sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and a winner liability and publicity release, where permitted by law, within ten (10) days of receipt of written prize notification or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. If any correspondence of the Sponsors or Administrator or any prize is returned as undeliverable, the corresponding prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Should a winner make any false statement(s) in any document referenced above, the winner may be required to promptly return to Sponsors or Administrators his/her prize. Any unclaimed prizes will be awarded in a random drawing to be held as necessary. By accepting prize, winner consents to Sponsors' use of his/her name, photograph and/or likeness, address, voice, and statements made by or attributed to them, in perpetuity, in any and all media now known or hereafter developed (including, without limitation, print, broadcast and Internet), for all legitimate business purposes including advertising and promotional activities without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. Upon delivery to the winner's address, Sponsors and/or Administrator will be deemed to have awarded the prize to the winner with winner assuming full responsibility for the prize.

INTERNET: If for any reason this Sweepstakes and Contest is not capable of running as planned due to an infection by a computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsors and/or Administrator which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes and Contest, the Sponsors and Administrator reserve the right at their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes and Contest. The Sponsors and/or Administrator assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries.
